Binny's Beverage Depot
Provided architectural and general contracting services for commercial tenant build-out projects throughout Chicagoland and northwest Indiana. Managed design of projects and routinely met with the owner for design review and approval on a site-by-site basis. Coordinated engineering trades and developed solutions for unique signage and product displays. Managed all permitting and city requirements for municipal approval.
Culver Academy Row House
The White-DeVries Rowing Center completed in fall 2012 for Culver Military Academy provides students with the ability to train year-round in a state-of-the-art indoor rowing facility. The 27,000 S.F. rowing center also contains an alumni lounge overlooking Lake Maxinkuckee, locker rooms, shell storage and extensive physical training facilities with a budget of $8,000,000.
Chase bank
Provided architectural and construction administration services for multiple Chase Bank locations throughout the Chicagoland area. Worked with corporate stakeholders to incorporate branding standards and coordinate security requirements for each site. Solicited bidders for each project, qualified bids, and recommended contractors.
Kennedy Jordan Manor
Designed new 75,000 S.F. proposed elderly housing facility in Chicago containing 72 dwelling units, general use areas, and exterior spaces for residents. Provided extensive value engineering and plan alternatives to meet budget constraints including structural system and cladding alternatives.
Herfy
Provided architectural design services for existing restaurant chain in Saudi Arabia. Provided multiple prototype designs with interior finishes designed to modernize the brand and compete with American brands while accounting for local customs.
Houlihan's
Participated in the development of a new prototype design for Houlihan’s restaurant. Produced construction documents and 3D Revit models including parametric family library. Managed coordination of BIM models with consultants and created photorealistic renderings for client review and approval.
Chick-fil-A
Worked with Chick-Fil-A corporate on the development of new prototypes with a focus on modular design to easily adapt prototypes to any site.
McDonald's
Participated in the adaptation of McDonald’s prototype to existing buildings throughout the United States and implemented the use of BIM technologies in the production of construction documents. Created 3D Autodesk Revit models of new prototype with fully parametric family library and coordinated disciplines with consultants to create MEP and structural BIM models.
Lost Dunes
New cabin containing five private condominium suites on the grounds of the Lost Dunes Golf Club located in Michigan. Produced highly detailed 3D models and renderings of new cabin for client review and approval. Managed production of construction documents and coordination with contractors including fabrication of custom wood trusses.
Wendy's
Developed new Wendy’s prototype design for adaptive reuse of existing buildings. Value engineered original designs to meet budget constraints while introducing new design elements onto existing structure. Managed project from design phase through construction completion working closely with contractor to fast track construction.
Cook County
Provided life safety evaluations of multiple Cook County high rise builds to determine corrective actions necessary to bring into compliance with life safety requirements.
